Exercise is so beneficial to cancer survivors. It can help to improve quality of life as well as increase survival rates. If that is not enough to get us moving, think about this. Blood flows more freely, organs work more efficiently, stress and anxiety is reduced, fatigue lessens, and mood improves when we exercise. It’s empowering to learn that something as simple as taking a walk or a fitness class can make us feel better and add days to our lives!
“Think of exercise as your #1 anti-oxidant against cancer.”
