Community Partners and Survivorship NOW
Survivorship NOW has forged a valuable network of partnerships to offer a wide range of therapeutic wellness programs to cancer survivors in our community. Dragonheart’s dedicated breast cancer survivors and supporters have assembled the best people in our community to create a wellness network.
Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont
Dragonheart’s Survivorship NOW is so fortunate to be the recipient of a generous start- up grant from Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont, the state’s largest health care provider. BCBSVT is also helping to spread the word about Survivorship NOW to cancer survivors through their case managers. Now this is a company that truly cares about Vermonters’ health!
Our Network on Wellness
Survivorship NOW taps into the outstanding professionals right here in our community to offer topnotch wellness support. Area cancer survivors are most fortunate to have one place to go to be educated, energized, connected, and engaged through our wide range of wellness opportunities.
We thank the following individuals and organizations whom have already given generously of their time and talents to make a difference in the lives of cancer survivors, and we look forward to expanding the list still further as more community members get involved.
